We had GMScapes install a large retaining wall across the entire backyard. Their team devoted a lot of time to prep and communicating every step of the process clearly, collaborated on design and offered options/solutions to our needs, and expertly crafted the install in a timely manner. We are very pleased with the results and are excited to enjoy our yard more because of the enhanced functionality while mitigating previous water and erosion challenges.

Our backyard was a mess after we built our new swimming pool. We spoke with several landscaping companies. Many of them would have had us wait anywhere between 1-3 months to landscape our yard. I saw GMScapes mentioned on my neighborhood Facebook page and contacted them. Long story short, GMScapes was incredibly quick to respond and the end product was fantastic. Andrew came out the day after I called him and immediately started working on a quote and coming up with ideas. As soon as we gave the green light, they immediately started preparations and commenced landscaping work and worked non-stop until it was done. The project was large and included rough and fine grading all around the pool, installing drainage, adding rock and mulch beds, over 30 plants, walkways, irrigation, laying a ton of sod and repairing damaged grass from pool construction. They even built a privacy screen for the pool equipment. I had some existing materials that I wanted them to use for some of the landscaping and they gladly did so without any issue and did a great job doing it. They worked for over a week. They arrived early and stayed late every day to get the job done. All of the workers were extremely courteous and professional. Logan, the owner, was involved in all stages and very professional. He and Andrew personally made sure everything was done right. We had no disagreements, no issues, no surprises or unexpected price hikes. It went about as smooth as any project I’ve ever contracted. I watched and inspected things very carefully. They did quality work and never tried to cut corners. They cleaned up the work area each day and always kept it neat and tidy. They’ve even stopped by several times after the project was complete to make sure the sod was doing well. They do great work and do it for a very fair price. I would 100% recommend.
